What's Included

Bots that do a job, not bots that say hello.

A Telegram bot is a front door. What makes it worth building is what happens behind it — where the enquiry lands, who gets notified, and whether anyone can find the conversation again a week later. We build both halves.

Telegram Bots

Custom bots built on Telegram's Bot API — commands, inline keyboards, menus, group and channel handling, and admin controls. Built and deployed for the flow you actually need rather than shipping a generic template with your name on it.

AI Calling

AI agent calling for outbound and inbound voice, triggered from the same system that handles your chat leads. Scripts, handoff rules to a human, and call outcomes written back to your records. Where you use it, calls should identify themselves and follow the consent and telecoms rules of the market you are calling into.

Lead Handling

Capture, qualify, route. Enquiries arriving through the bot are tagged, assigned to the right person or team, and pushed into your CRM instead of sitting in one operator's private chat. Duplicate detection and ownership rules stop two agents working the same lead.

Response Flow

Structured conversation paths for the questions you get every day — pricing, availability, status checks, onboarding steps — with a clean escape to a human the moment the bot is out of its depth. Response templates, working-hours behaviour, and follow-up reminders included.

Integrations

Connections to CRM, spreadsheets, internal dashboards, payment or ticketing systems, and webhooks into whatever you already run. This is usually where the real work is: the bot is a few days, the integration and the edge cases are the rest.

Why Telegram for customer flow

Telegram's Bot API is straightforward to build against and generous with what it allows — inline keyboards, file handling, group and channel automation, webhooks, and long-running sessions. That means a bot can carry a real process rather than just answer a canned question, and it can be changed quickly when the process changes.

Operators across Southeast Asia lean on it for lead handling because that is where the conversation already happens. Buyers and partners are on Telegram, usernames work without exchanging phone numbers, groups scale past what a WhatsApp group comfortably holds, and desktop and mobile stay in sync so an agent can pick up a chat from either. For teams running fast-moving offers, that is less friction than pushing people to a web form and hoping they come back.

The practical point is that a bot is only as useful as the system behind it. A bot that collects an enquiry and drops it in a chat nobody owns has moved the problem, not solved it. The parts that matter are the CRM record, the routing rule that decides who responds, and the notification that reaches that person before the lead goes cold. We would rather spend the budget there than on conversational polish.

Two constraints worth stating plainly. Users must opt in — someone has to start a chat with your bot before it can message them, and that is by design. And broadcasting to your subscriber list should follow Telegram's own rules on bots and spam as well as the marketing and data-protection law that applies in the market you are messaging. We build opt-in and opt-out handling into the flow rather than bolting it on later.

We work with Malaysian businesses remotely and by online meeting — there is no requirement to be in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang or Johor for us to build and run your bot.

How We Work

From flow chart to running system.

01

Tell Us Your Objective

Share what the bot needs to do, who handles the conversations today, and which systems it has to talk to. For automation this also means the volume you expect and where the current process breaks.

02

Strategy & Setup

We map the conversation flow and the data flow behind it, agree the integrations, and set up hosting, the bot token and access. Edge cases are decided before code, not after complaints.

03

Launch & Optimize

The bot goes live with your team using it on real conversations. We watch where people drop out, where the bot hands off badly, and where a step can be removed entirely.

04

Scale What Works

Add the flows that earn their place — more integrations, more automation, AI calling where it fits. Reporting is on response time and lead outcome, not message count.

What you receive

  • A working bot, built, deployed and running against your live use case.
  • The conversation flow documented, so a new team member can see what the bot does and why.
  • Integrations configured and tested against your live systems, not a sandbox only.
  • Opt-in and opt-out handling built into the flow from the start.
  • A walkthrough session covering what the bot does, how it behaves, and how to request changes.
  • Direct access on Telegram rather than a ticket queue.

Hosting, code and handover arrangements depend on the build and are agreed before work starts. Message us on Telegram and we will explain how it would work for your project.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Telegram bot take to build?

A focused bot with a clear flow is usually a matter of weeks; the timeline is driven by the integrations, not the bot. Connecting to a documented CRM API is quick. Connecting to an internal system with no API, or one that needs new endpoints built on your side, is where projects stretch. We will scope it once we know what it has to talk to.

Can the bot message people who have not contacted us?

No. Telegram requires the user to start the conversation with your bot before it can send them anything — that is a platform rule, not a setting. Any broadcast goes to people who opted in, and it still has to respect Telegram's rules on bots and spam plus the marketing and data-protection law of the market you are messaging.

Can it connect to our CRM or internal system?

If it has an API or a webhook, almost always. If it does not, we look at what is possible — database access, a scheduled export, or building a small service in front of it. What we will not do is promise an integration before seeing the system, because the answer genuinely depends on what is there.

What does AI agent calling actually do?

It places or answers voice calls with a scripted AI agent — qualifying, confirming, or following up — and writes the outcome back into your records so the chat and call history sit together. It works best for repetitive, well-defined calls with a clean handoff to a person. Calling rules, consent requirements and do-not-call obligations differ by market, and those apply to an AI caller exactly as they do to a human one.

What happens when the bot cannot answer?

It hands off to a human, quickly and visibly. A bot that loops or guesses does more damage than one that says it does not know and pulls in an agent. We set the handoff triggers with your team and make sure the person receiving it gets the full conversation, not a fragment.
