Creative & AI Branding

AI Creative Agency Malaysia

Static images, GIF creative, video branding, AI video, AI livestream content, AI characters, and consent-based face-change creative.

What's Included

Creative formats we produce.

Everything here is made to be run as an ad, not to sit in a portfolio. Formats are chosen for the placement you are buying and the review process it has to pass.

Image Design

Static ad creative sized for the placements you actually run — feed, story, square, banner and display sets from one concept. Text overlays are checked against platform limits, and each variant changes one thing so you can tell what moved the result.

Video Branding

Short-form video built around a hook rather than an intro. Includes captions burned in for sound-off viewing, cutdowns at the durations each platform rewards, and a version with your brand mark placed where it survives cropping.

GIF

Looping motion creative for placements where video is not accepted or loads badly. Useful for display and messaging placements, and for showing a product interaction in a few seconds without asking for a play.

AI Video

Generated and AI-assisted video for volume: multiple hooks, backgrounds and voiceover reads from one script, plus AI livestream-style segments where the format suits the offer. Every output is reviewed by a person before it goes anywhere near an ad account.

AI Character

A consistent synthetic presenter you can reuse across a campaign — same face, voice and styling from one week to the next. Built from generated or licensed likeness, and labelled as synthetic where the platform requires disclosure.

Creative Testing

Variant sets designed as a test rather than a batch: one variable per version, a naming convention that survives contact with the ad platform, and a refresh queue so you have replacements ready before the current set fatigues.

Creative volume is what actually moves paid performance

Ad creative decays. The same image or video shown to the same audience produces a worse result in week four than it did in week one — people have seen it, the interesting part is no longer interesting, and cost per result drifts up while nothing about your targeting or bidding has changed. Fatigue is the normal end state of every ad, not a sign something was done wrong.

Which is why one polished asset is usually the weaker bet. You cannot reliably predict which hook lands, and the platforms will tell you within days if you give them enough different things to compare. Several deliberately different variants — different opening line, different framing, different proof — produce an answer. One asset, however good, produces an opinion. The useful discipline is changing one variable at a time so the answer means something.

AI generation earns its place in exactly that part of the job: producing the tenth, twentieth and fiftieth variant at a cost that makes testing them sane, and re-cutting an idea that worked into new versions quickly. It is a poor choice for brand-critical hero assets, where consistency and craft matter more than throughput, and it is the wrong tool for anything that has to be factually accurate — product specifications, pricing, claims about results, regulated wording. Generated output states things confidently whether or not they are true. We write those elements ourselves and check them against what you have told us, rather than letting a model fill the gap.

How We Work

From brief to tested set.

01

Tell Us Your Objective

Share your offer, market, placements, brand assets and the claims you are allowed to make. For creative this also means what the current ads look like and where they are losing people.

02

Concept & Setup

We agree on hooks, formats and what each variant is testing before production starts. Anything involving a real person's likeness is confirmed in writing at this stage.

03

Produce & Launch

Assets are produced in sets, checked against platform specs and policy, and delivered ready to upload. Rejections are worked through and resubmitted rather than argued with.

04

Iterate On What Works

Winning hooks get new variants, tired ones get retired. Production shifts toward the angles the delivery data supports rather than the ones we liked at the start.

What you receive

  • Source and export files in the sizes and aspect ratios your placements require.
  • Variant sets labelled so you can match a file to a line in your ad platform report.
  • Captions and subtitle files for video, not burned-in text only.
  • A written note of what each variant is testing, so results are readable later.
  • Direct access on Telegram rather than a ticket queue.

Creative produced for you is yours to use. We keep working files so a variant can be re-cut later instead of rebuilt from scratch.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How many creative variants do we actually need?

Enough that the platform can distinguish between them, which depends on your budget and conversion volume rather than on a fixed number. A campaign with few daily conversions cannot resolve twenty variants — it will spread spend thin and tell you nothing. We would rather plan a small set you can conclude on and refresh it regularly than hand over a large batch that never gets a fair test.

Can you work from our existing brand assets?

Yes, and it is usually faster. Send logo files, fonts, colour references and any previous ads — including the ones that failed, which are often more informative. If you have brand guidelines we follow them; if you do not, we will work from what your existing material implies and confirm the direction before producing a full set.

Do ad platforms allow AI-generated creative?

Generally yes, with conditions that vary by platform and are still changing. Several require synthetic or altered media to be disclosed, some apply stricter rules in political, financial and health categories, and all of them apply their normal content policies regardless of how the asset was made. We label and disclose where the platform asks for it, and we do not try to hide the origin of an asset to get it through review.

What are the rules around face-change creative?

We only do consent-based face-change work. That means the person depicted has given permission for their likeness to be used in this way, for this campaign, and we need that on record before production. Without it we decline the job. Beyond consent, several ad platforms restrict or prohibit synthetic and manipulated media showing real people, and some jurisdictions regulate it separately — so even with permission in hand, the format may not be usable in the placement you had in mind. We will tell you before you commission it, not after.

Can you use a public figure or a competitor's spokesperson?

No. Depicting someone who has not agreed to it is not something we produce, regardless of how it is framed or which tool would make it easy. The same applies to imitating a real person's voice. If you want a recognisable, repeatable presenter, an AI character built from generated or licensed likeness does the job and does not put your accounts or your business at risk.

Who owns the creative you produce?

You do. Files are delivered to you and you are free to run them wherever you like. Note that ownership of an asset is not the same as clearance to make a claim in it — accuracy of product details, pricing and any regulated wording stays with you, and we will flag anything in a brief that looks like it needs checking before it goes live.
