What to include in your first message

The more of this you send up front, the more useful the first reply will be. Nothing here is mandatory — send what you have.

• What you sell and who the target market is.
• The offer — what the visitor is actually being asked to do.
• Target country or countries.
• Platforms you want to use, or already run.
• Your KPI and target cost per result.
• Current budget range.
• What is broken now, if something already exists.

What happens next

You get a reply on Telegram. The first exchange is usually questions — clarifying the offer, the market, and what a conversion actually means for your business, because that determines almost everything downstream.

If the project warrants it, we arrange an online meeting before starting. That is faster than a long back-and-forth for anything involving tracking, a funnel rebuild, or a vertical with platform restrictions.

After that comes a proposal covering scope and approach — what would be built or managed, in what order, and what you would need to provide. If the plan you have in mind is not realistic on the platforms or in the markets you are targeting, we say so at that point rather than after you have spent.

Before you message

Service availability depends on the market, platform rules, offer type, audience permissions, and applicable compliance requirements. These are not formalities — they decide whether a campaign can run at all.

Some offers cannot be advertised on some platforms. Some cannot be advertised legally in some countries at all. If yours falls into either category, the honest answer is worth more to you than an accepted brief, so expect that answer rather than a workaround.
